THE PALEO DIET

One of the simplest ways to eat clean is the Paleo Diet.  The Paleo follows one simple concept.  If you were a cave-man/woman, what would you eat/drink?  You probably already know the answer.  Back in the days they didn't have the famous, convenient  fast food chains that are on every corner today.  There was no processing of food to get it out to the masses.    The Paleo consists of Fresh lean proteins, fruits, whole grains, veggies and WATER.  No additives.  I must admit it is not the most exciting of all the diet plans out there but, It works!  Take out all the extra junk that companies put in food to add flavor.  Get your proteins from the Deli.  Have your fruits and veggies cut fresh (no bags) and Drink nothing except water!  If you do this the fat will literally fly ...

THE HCG DIET

The HCG diet is good for one thing and that is fat loss but guess what? It does nothing else that is beneficial to to the body. It actually harms the body more than it helps it. Another quick note: You can lose weight if you stave yourself. You don't needs drops or shots to help the process. Its simple, don't eat= lose fat. But you don't just lose fat. You lose muscle as well and your body is in starvation mode which is never good for your metabolism (your bodies ability to burn fat naturally). Why not fix the root of the problem which was the lifestyle choices being made that put on the extra pounds. If you do that youll get the results naturally and not need to play dangerous tricks on your self to get results.

Have you ever heard the term "leave it all on the floor"?  This means give it everything you've got and have nothing left when done.
 This so true when applying to your workout routine.  If you want to get the most out of your body than challenge it every time you step
 into the gym!  "Leave it all on the floor"  Hit the wall as we like to say.  An easy way to make this happen is to take away the old 3 sets
 of ten routine and replace with something like doing 1 set of 100.  Lets take pushups for example.  If I want to truly get the most out o
f my push up routine Im not going to do 3 sets of ten or 4 sets of 15.  I am going to pick a large number and challenge my self ...

THE TRUE CAUSE OF HEART DISEASE ISNT HIGH CHOLESTEROL

The true cause of heart disease has always been defined in the medical world as high cholesterol.  I'm not a Dr. but after researching this in detail I came to find some very interesting facts.  Did you know the true cause of heart disease is a high oxidation level of your LDL cholesterol?  Yep has nothing to do with high cholesterol. High oxidation levels are caused by poor diet, smoking and drinking alcohol, etc.   Recently researchers with National Institute on Aging followed 11,000 people for tens years.  In this study they found that those that supplemented with vitamin C and E, beyond what is required by the US RDA, decreased there chances of heart disease by more than half!!  Further more they demonstrated less overall deaths from any cause!  The surgeon general of the United States declared 68% of all diseases are caused ...
